History

In 1975, Father Jean Rotzetter founded a community there, with the aim of developing the house as a spiritual center. Since then, this unique place, conducive to healing, has hosted many training courses, conferences and retreats. Until 2015, it was also the home of the community.

However, the CIS has taken over the exploitation of this unique place, whose spirit it perpetuates from a secular perspective, open to all. From accommodation to catering to the seminar offer, everything is designed to ensure that you have a stay that is both rejuvenating and inspiring.

The Domaine seeks to offer you an environment conducive to refocusing, sharing and harmony of energies.

Food & beverage

The cuisine is in the image of the Domaine: creative, in harmony with nature and the cycle of the seasons.

The products come in particular from the garden cultivated in the respect of nature according to the seasonal production as well as from local suppliers.

The restaurant strive to compose the menus with local products as well as seasonal, organic and / or IP Suisse ingredients. And favor products grown with respect for nature and animals, which is why you will not find products from hunting or endangered species of fish. Homemade drinks made from organic products as well as organic wines are made available.

Feng-shui is also found on the plates with the menu of 5 elements. Fire for meat, Wood and Earth for vegetarian dishes, Water for fish and Metal for desserts. If you believe in cuisine that respects nature and the consumer; welcome to table.

Grounds & Gardens

The exteriors are undoubtedly one of the assets of the Domaine.

The park is a meeting place for the clientele of the hotel and the Jardin restaurant. It is an initiatory journey, developed with respect for nature and biodiversity. Go for the marked route or invent your own route.

Take a break in front of the Le Jardin restaurant, smell the scent of aromatic plants, edible and decorative flowers in the planters along the terrace, then descend gently towards the orchard, greet the animals that inhabit the grounds of the Domaine, walk through the meanders of the labyrinth and let yourself be charmed by the secrets of the Estate…
