Built in the early 1990s by the Diocesan Seminar of Gubbio, it has always been a guest house hosting spiritual retreats, conferences and other guests. In 1998, the management of the hotel was entrusted to a lay family.
The recently renovated hotel has 62 double rooms which can become triple or quadruple rooms. Baths are private.
