Overview

A Benedctine monastery at the foot of Mount Lonzina in the Paduan countryside. Elevated by Pope Pius XII in 1954, the monastery currently houses a community of monks and is home to Italian monument, the National Library. The monastery is also famous for its herbal medicine and the restoration laboratory of ancient books.
