The House was commissioned by San Pio da Pietralcina whose first stone he also blessed.
Founded as a welfare organization for distracted children in the area, in 2000 with the contribution for the Jubilee, it has become a B&B for the reception of pilgrims and for people who go to the "Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza" hospital.
Being a B&B, the property offers only bed and breakfast, both sweet and savory.
Nearby there is a park with games for children.
Close to the House, there are supermarkets, penetterias and greengrocers.
There is also a guarded and monitored parking and a Chapel on site for those who want to pray.
