- For groups (10 ppl +) : Meals can be taken in dining room, or outside in the tropical surrounds. Make the most of the outdoor lifestyle and enjoy a true Aussie style bar-b-que with a backdrop of steaming tropical rainforest.  The dining room can be configured for formal or casual events.

- For bookings of less than 10 people : Catering cannot be provided, but Seville is located 800m from shops and restaurants, and Cairns has an extensive range of restaurants nearby.

Other facilities

Seville has several conference rooms that have customised seating options to suit any event. Two conference rooms are available for smaller meetings for up to 30 people and for larger functions and ceremonies, the McAuley and Dungarvan rooms seat up to 120 people comfortably. Seville also features a chapel.
