This will be an individual immersive residency through meditation, movement, and nature in Porto, Portugal. Each Retreat is an individual immersive residency with a duration of 3 days (2 nights), which opens up time and space to deepen your inner listening, to open channels for observation and subtle presence, to explore new paths to lightness and rest, to access your free and sensitive expression, investigating your unique movement and voice, and rescuing the connection to nature as return and belonging.
The house has a garden or lake view with surrounding private places to enjoy the fresh air, the sun, the trees, the birds.
The bedroom has a couple bed, wardrobe, private bathroom and is located on the first floor with a garden view.
This is an exclusive 2 nights retreat for an individual (1 participant) or a couple (2 participants).
