酒店设有17间双床房或双人房，每间均配备独立卫浴、电视、电话以及免费茶/咖啡壶。酒店可应要求提供无烟客房或加床/婴儿床。
The Cantilupe Restaurant provides meals to residents and guests. On request, the Refectory can cater meals for 40 to 200 guests.
Towels and linens are provided. Laundry service, ironing board, hairdryer, newspapers on request. There is a large parking lot on the Abbey grounds. Sitting area and bar service (Cloister Bar), conference rooms and rooms for celebratory lunches and dinners are available.

By car: From London take M4 to Junction 15, then take A419/417. After the Gloucester bypass takes the B4213 via Newent to M50 junction 3. Take the road to Ross-on-Wye, and from there take the A49 to Hereford. Once in Hereford follow the A465 Abergavenny Road for two miles and turn right up to Ruckhall Road. Hedley Lodge is on the left-hand side.
By train: Take a train from London Paddington (via Newport or Ox- ford), Birmingham or Manchester and get off at Hereford Railway Station. From there take a taxi. The Abbey is about 3 1/2 miles from the station.
