历史

Casa Fabriani's history started in Modena, in 1828, when Don Severino Fabriani, founded, inspired by God, the Daughters of providence for deaf-mutes" with charisma, the mission is the will of renewing Jesu's miracle that made ear the deaf and speak the mutes. 

The Daughters of providence, won by the love of Jesus, put all their energies in the education and helping the deaf-mutes in Italy, Brasil, Sri-Lanka and Nigeria.

Casa Severino Fabriani has chosen to promote the products, flavors and traditions of the territory, a food culture linked to history and seasonality. On the table, tasty simplicity, local tradition and the refined suggestions of national gastronomy coexist, with the possibility of personalizing the menus, according to the events and according to everyone's needs.

In the welcoming restaurant room the guests can always enjoy the recipes of a cuisine rich in flavors, where the use of fresh products also from the Guesthouse production is a rule. Particular attention is paid to people with intolerances and celiacs, who can request personalized menus.
