The economic crisis that followed the war persuaded the families that owned the complex to sell it to the Pallottinos who later built a boarding house for their seminarists. The casa then became a school for the children of Carrenza. In 1976, it hosted its first visitors. Restored in 1985, guests can take advantage of the peaceful atmosphere as well as the beneficial waters of the hot spring.
All the meals are available.
Towels and linens are supplied. There is also a swimming pool, a conference room, TV room, various meeting rooms and a small gym may be used by guests.

By car: From Bilbao or Santander take the A8 and exit at Colindres taking the N629 south to Gibaja. From there go east on B1 630 to Carrenza, exit at Molinar and ask directions or follow signs to the Casa Vicente Pallotti.
