The House was bought by the Fathers in the early post-war years.

After several attempts addressed to the Municipality of Varazze to obtain the necessary authorizations and licenses for the opening, the House began to take shape, transforming itself into a receptive-non-hotel structure capable of offering rest and care for the spirit in a natural and uncontaminated context.
