Meals are supplied only to groups of 8 or more. Individuals and small groups must cater for themselves in the fully equipped kitchen at their disposal.
Towels and linens are supplied on request. There is a common room that serves as a kitchen and dining room. It has a fireplace and windows with views across the valley. The centre includes a large and small meeting room. The smaller one can be used as a kitchen/dining area and offers a view of the surrounding area. Barbecue equipment is available on request. There is a chapel and extensive grounds to tour.

By car: From London take M4 to its end and then take the A40 west from Carmarthen past St. Clears and Whitland through Llandewi Velfrey to a major roundabout. At the roundabout, turn right towards Cardigan and drive one mile to a minor crossroads and go left to Maenchlochog. At Maenclochog go right at T-junction and continue past Rosebush to major crossroads. Continue exactly 3 miles and go right to Cwm Gwaun. After 1/4 mile take the hidden left, continue down into the valley. At T-junction go right for 2 miles. The Institute’s drive rises on the left adjacent to Sychbant picnic site. By train: There is no public transportation to or near the institution.
