这座别墅建于约三十年前，最初是为佛罗伦萨大学的学生而建，如今全年开放，欢迎所有宾客，包括个人、团体和家庭，供您度假或静修。别墅周围环绕着郁郁葱葱的公园。别墅设有57个床位，其中6间单人间、19间双人间和1间三人间均配有独立卫浴和淋浴；另有4间单人间和3间双人间，共用卫浴。
Breakfast is included with lodging. Half board is offered only to groups by prior arrangement.
Towels and linens are supplied. There is a conference room, dining room, several small meeting rooms, a chapel, elevator, TV room, garden and private parking area. There is also a large park that guests may use for lovely strolls.

By car: Exit at Firenze-Sud on highway A1. Follow the signs to the centre along the river and turn right towards Piazza Beccaria. From there, take Viale A. Gramsci, then Via Mazzini. Turn right again at Via G. Bovio and continue until Piazza Oberdan. Turn right at Via Campanella and then right again into Via Capo di Mondo.
By train: Get off in Firenze-Santa Maria Novella and take bus #1 or #17. Get off at the Duomo and change to bus #6 until Via Oberdan. The casa is a few hundred meters walk. Or get off at Firenze-Campo di Marte station (there are local trains from Santa Maria Novella and a few trains from Rome) and walk or take a taxi to the casa.
