Breakfast:

For groups, breakfast is served in the Alveare restaurant, with a wide choice of savory and sweet options.
For single guests,on the other hand, breakfast is served in the more private Breakfast Room.
A rich buffet is available, even with gluten-free products.

Restaurants:
The Hotel delle Rose offers two catering areas.

The Roseto is a restaurant in all respects both for hotel guests and for those coming from outside.
It offers mostly an a la carte menu, based on traditional local cuisine, full of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

A larger and brighter environment is that of the second restaurant made available by the hotel: The Alveare.
Consisting of two rooms, with a maximum capacity of 300 people and capable of hosting any events and ceremonies, the restaurant offers guests fresh and genuine cuisine, with a daily menu with different price ranges, or with a fixed 3-course menu. 

Terrenos e jardins

Thanks to its position, the Hotel allows its guests to undertake numerous itineraries in nature.

An example is the path of San Benedetto that from Norcia reaches Montecassino and of which Cascia is one of the stops, but also the walk in the woods that leads from Cascia to the other symbolic place of Santa Rita: Roccaporena.
This last path is quite convenient for hotel guests, since the starting point is adjacent to the hotel car park.

The structure offers 159 rooms, many of which overlook the Sanctuary, large dining rooms for groups and ceremonies, à la carte restaurant, bar area with veranda overlooking the Basilica, free internal bus and car parking and free wifi throughout the hotel.
