学年期间（10月至次年6月），威尼斯大学的学生享有优先权。7月至9月，则对所有游客开放。
该住宿共有120个床位（其中25个全年对所有客人开放，其余为季节性开放），包括双人间、三人间和4-5人的小宿舍，所有房间均共用浴室。欢迎男女客人入住，但除部分双人间外，其他房间均男女分开。
No meals are offered with the lodging. During the summer, guests may obtain and prepare their own meals in a kitchen at their disposal.
There is a courtyard in the former cloister where guests can gather.
Linens are supplied, towels are not.

By car and by train: Park outside the city or get off at Venice. Once there, walk to the guest house (ask for Campo Santa Fosca). Or take the #1 ferry and get off at San Marcuola and walk from there (the walk is about the same distance if you arrive by car or train).
