Geschichte

The Seminary was born in 1891 as a place of formation. Today it represents a unique place, a dwelling of other times, which offers its guests a natural setting of value, giving a stay of peace and rest. The Episcopal Seminary is managed by Solida, a type B social cooperative that works for the employment of disadvantaged people. The common areas are comfortable: TV room, reading room. Inside the Seminar there are also four conference and meeting rooms. Included services: private car park, availability in the structure, Free Wi-Fi internet. Special agreements and discounts in case of long stays.

The old dormitories have been modernized with the utmost respect for the historical identity of the place without sacrificing an accommodation offer that is attentive to the well-being and comfort of guests. The rooms largely retain the original period furniture and are not equipped with a television: a targeted choice to preserve the spirit of the place without distorting it.

The property has four conference rooms for business events of different capacities, which can be used for meetings, seminars, conventions, exhibitions and training activities.The largest room, recently restored, has 99 seats and has inside an audio and digital recording system, which allows the production of a CD with all the speeches at the end of the conference.The second room has 60 seats. The other two rooms have 30 seats each. All the rooms are equipped with wi-fi, video projector and, on request, a PC.

The Seminar also offers free private parking and optional coffee break, restaurant and overnight services. All the spaces of the Episcopal Seminary can also be used for private events such as weddings, baptisms, communions, confirmations, birthdays, graduations.
