The House is managed on a non-profit basis, since the exercise of this activity, which is fundamental for the owner and manager of the Institute, is an immediate and direct tool for the full realization and achievement of the Institute's religious and cult purposes.

The Guesthouse, "does not make an offer to the public of receptive services to, indiscriminately, anyone who wishes to adhere to the conditions advertised and / or disseminated through the activity channels of the House itself". Hospitality is reserved exclusively for the categories of subjects indicated, inter alia, in the authorization title in possession. For this reason, participants in religious, spiritual, cultural and congress activities organized by the congregation itself or by other bodies find hospitality.

Students / workers and their families who need to stay in Rome in an environment that is favorable and appropriate for their purposes and in line with the institution's own purposes.

It is also intended to host pilgrims and tourists who go to Rome for religious, leisure, work or leisure reasons, in compliance with the internal regulations in force at the facility in line with the charism and purposes of the Congregation.
