Nicholaston House is Swansea City Mission and Educational Trust’s main charitable operation, having purchased the House in 1998 thereby establishing a Christian Centre overlooking Oxwich Bay.

Purpose
To bring people to encounter with Jesus and engage with the heart of Father God (John 14:9) so they experience healing and freedom through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 61).
Nicholaston House Christian Centre accommodation (13 en-suite bedrooms offering capacity for around 24 people on a shared basis) comprises mainly twin, with some single, double and family-size bedrooms, all with en-suite provision, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Bedrooms are situated on the first floor and accessed by stairs or lift. One room has been adapted to meet some of the needs of people with disabilities. Guaranteed single occupancy supplement charges apply to non-single rooms (included in the rate for some retreats, events and courses). Linen is provided in all bedrooms.

Deposits (25% of booking amount) are non-refundable in the event of guest cancellation (it is recommended that you consider insuring against the possibility of making a cancellation).
All accounts are to be settled in full, four weeks before the booked date(s), in cash, by cheque, card or BACS payment.
Cancellation Policy for Groups and Individuals: In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking the following charges will apply:
- Up to 6 months' notice of cancellation, 50% of total payment is forfeited;
- Within 3 months' notice of cancellation, 75% of total payment is forfeited;
- One month or less notice of cancellation, 100% of total payment is forfeited;

It is regretted that pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered guide dogs;
The premises are unlicensed and a NO SMOKING POLICY applies within the House;
Nicholaston House is a residential Christian Centre with an intentional residential Christian community at its core; the property reserve the right to refuse any booking which may conflict with the Statement of Faith, Vision, Purpose and Values.
If through circumstances beyond immediate control it becomes necessary to cancel an event or limit availability, all payments made will be reimbursed within 14 days in full settlement of any claim.
