The Casa is now the property of the Vicariate of Rome and is open year-round to guests. A central cloister and two lovely chapels add a sense of serenity to the atmosphere. Accommodation includes 37 rooms with 1-4 beds, each room has air-conditioning, a fridge, telephone and TV. Towels and linens are supplied.
It was once a palace property of the noble family Ponziani into which the saint married. Francesca lived in the house for forty years (1400-1440), dedicating her life to charity and establishing the order of the Oblate Benedettine (1433).

There is a chapel. During the summer months, the former cloister can be used as a dining room. There is also a conference hall for 50 people.

By car: Exit at Rome and follow the signs to the centre Parking can be difficult in this area. The guest house desk staff can provide directions for a nearby parking lot (approximately 25 Euros per day).
By train: Get off at Roma Termini and take bus H to Piazza Belli. From Fiumicino Airport, get off at Roma Trastevere and take bus #8.
