In 1995 the College underwent a major refurbishment to restore its original beauty. It is now a combination of a 3-star guesthouse and a Christian Retreat House open to individuals and families for short holidays and a retreat centre for spiritual purposes. It also serves as a conference and study centre for professional groups. The Guesthouse has up to 32 guests can be accommodated in 16 single, twin, double and family rooms (up to 4 adults). Five rooms are en-suite and can accommodate the disabled. Closed in January and February.
In the late 1880s, Lord Glasgow suffered a financial crash and the College was closed. Thanks to the determination of the then Bishop of Argyll, the property was not lost and the centre continued as a retreat house.
B&B, half board or full board are available.
Towels and linens are provided. There are a library and two common rooms. The conference rooms are available on request.
