Through the generosity of a local wealthy man, it was founded about thirty years ago by the present order. The sisters maintain a private school in Castalla but their residence is in the institution. They host groups seeking spiritual retreats and others simply on holiday.
All meals can be supplied with the lodging.
Towels and linens are supplied. There is a meeting hall and garden.

Directions:
By car: From Alicante take highway N330, exit at Sax and follow the signs to Castalla on A211. Once in Castalla ask for ”los pinitos,” the local name for the site where San Leonardo is located.
By train: Get off at Valencia or Alicante and take a bus to Castalla. Once there call San Leonardo and they will provide transportation.
