L'hôtel propose 33 chambres récemment rénovées. Elles sont simples, doubles ou twin. Certaines disposent d'une salle de bain privée, et toutes sont équipées du téléphone, d'une connexion RNIS et d'un plateau/bouilloire.
It was founded by the eminent Victorian statesman William Ewart Gladstone. After his death in 1898, it was donated to the nation and became a tribute to his 63 years of active political life during which he became prime minister four times. A statue of Gladstone stands in the village.
Dinner, bed and breakfast are always supplied. There is a restaurant and coffee shop that can supply lunch and other refreshments.
Towels and linens are provided. There are conference and meeting facilities and a chapel. Guided tours of the library are available on the 2nd Saturday and 4th Tuesday of each month at 11.00 AM. Tickets are limited; booking is recommended. Cost: £2.00 per person.
By car: From London take M6 north to M56 west until it ends and merges into A5117. Then take A550 and follow the signs to Hawarden, then to St Deiniol's on A550.
By train: Take a train from London Euston to Chester, then a bus or taxi to Hawarden (6 miles).
