The Melody Residence is part of the Father Peyton Centre, a spiritual and cultural hub dedicated to the legacy of Venerable Patrick Peyton, famously known as the "Rosary Priest." The Centre was established to honour his global mission promoting family prayer, and the Residence was developed to provide peaceful, comfortable accommodation for visitors and retreat groups.

Originally designed to host pilgrims and guests seeking reflection, the property has evolved into a versatile retreat and hospitality space, offering high-quality, wheelchair-accessible accommodation. 

Over the years, the Centre has hosted numerous spiritual retreats, cultural events, and community gatherings, attracting visitors from around the world. It remains a place of welcome, rest, and inspiration, continuing the mission of Father Peyton to bring people together in peace and prayer.

Attymass is a haven for walkers and anglers, with a chain of scenic lakes stretching from Lough Brohly to Lough Carrakerribla, as well as stunning mountain lakes and access to the famous River Moy.
