Het Rustpunt is an oasis of tranquility and green in the heart of Ghent. In this seventeenth-century Carmelite monastery you can come to relax, recharge and reflect. Due to its central location, the Rustpunt is the ideal starting point if you want to visit historic Ghent.
For a stay at Het Rustpunt you can opt for an overnight stay with breakfast or accommodation in full board.
In the main building there is 12 single rooms, 6 double rooms, 9 twin rooms and 1 triple room. All the rooms have been renovated, modernised and are equipped with a private bathroom. On site you can also find the guesthouses 'De Kluis' - with a private chapel - and 'Guest house Thérèse'.
The guesthouses can be rented for longer stays in complete privacy and tranquility. Het Rustpunt has several rooms, suitable for seminars, meetings, workshops, or celebrations. For groups, guided tours are available on demand.
